We have been using Irish Whiskey Barrel wood chips of different sizes & varieties since we opened at Mister S.

We have learnt some amazing new techniques in ways to impart flavour in our cooking thanks to the stave wood. We have used the chunks to smoke butter, oil, shortrib, seafood & cold smoked fish...the whiskey flavour imparted elevates our produce to
another level!

Ray & John have been very accommodating to work with & we look forward to a great future of smoking the best Irish produce together!
