I do bbq a lot (so much so that I built a bbq house so I can bbq all year round) and love adding a bit of smoke flavour. Worked great and produced a good deal of smoke. It gives a good strong flavour without being overpowering. These chips produce a lovely earthy smokey flavour to your meat. I used it with chicken, beef, pork, lamb  and venison.

Highly recommend these chips a must have for any bbq, even better that they are local.
